Pair your sensor with the app

Pairing happens inside the SANDIT app, not in your phone's Bluetooth settings. If you pair from iOS or Android settings, the app will not see the sensor.

Steps

1. Install the SANDIT app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in.
2. Wake the sensor with a single press of the button.
3. In the app, open device setup and let it scan. Your sensor appears by name.
4. Tap it. The sensor's light turns blue while it connects, and the app confirms when setup is complete.

Permissions the app needs

The app asks for Bluetooth and location permission during setup. Both are required. Android in particular returns no Bluetooth scan results at all without location permission granted, even though nothing about your position is used to find the sensor.
