Cancelling your membership

Once your first payment has gone through, cancellation is handled by us directly rather than through a self-serve link.

How to cancel

Mail crew@sandit.club from the address on your account and ask to cancel. We will confirm in writing, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.

A self-serve cancellation option in the app is on our list. For now, one mail is all it takes.

What happens to your sensor

The sensor is yours to keep. It is included with the membership rather than lent to you, and we do not ask for it back.

What happens to your data

Your sessions stay in your account. If you want them removed entirely, that is a separate request. See deleting your account.

Refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you are covered by your right of withdrawal and we refund you in full. See returns and your right to withdraw. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current year.
