Deleting your account
You can delete your SANDIT account yourself. This erases your profile, your sessions and your activity, and it cannot be undone.
From the app
Open your profile, go to the account settings and choose delete account. You will be asked to confirm.
From the web
If you no longer have the app installed, use sandit.club/delete-account.
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid membership, and cancelling a membership does not delete your account. If you want both, do both. See cancelling your membership.
Getting your data first
If you want a copy of your sessions before deleting, mail crew@sandit.club from your account address and ask for an export. Do it before you delete, because afterwards there is nothing left to export.
What we keep
Records we are legally required to retain, such as invoices for tax purposes, are kept for as long as the law requires. Everything else goes. Our privacy policy has the detail.
