Returns and your right to withdraw

You have 14 days from the day your sensor is delivered to change your mind, for any reason at all. This is your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, and you do not need to justify the decision.

How to withdraw

1. Mail crew@sandit.club within 14 days of delivery, saying you are withdrawing.
2. We send you return instructions and a reference number.
3. Send the sensor, dock and cable back within 14 days of telling us.
4. We refund your membership payment in full within 14 days of receiving it back, using the same payment method you paid with.

Condition

Use it. Take it on the water, because that is the point of a trial. You are only liable for a reduction in value if you handled it beyond what is needed to establish how it works, and normal use on the water is not that. Please return everything that came in the box.

Who pays return postage

For a change of mind, the return postage is yours. For a faulty sensor it is ours, because that is a warranty case rather than a withdrawal.

Before your sensor ships

After the 14 days

Cancelling stops your next renewal rather than refunding the current year, and you keep the sensor. See cancelling your membership.
