Signing in to the app

You can sign in to the SANDIT app three ways: with an email and password, with Sign in with Google, or with Sign in with Apple.

Use the same method every time

Each method creates its own account, even when they share an email address. Signing up with Google and later signing in with Apple lands you in a new, empty account rather than your existing one. If your sessions have vanished and your profile looks blank, that is almost always the explanation. Sign out, sign back in the original way, and everything is there.

Forgotten password

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we mail you a reset link. This only works for accounts created with an email and password. If you signed up with Google or Apple there is no SANDIT password to reset, and you sign in with that button instead.

Sign in with Apple and hidden email

If you chose Hide My Email when you first signed in with Apple, your account carries an Apple relay address rather than your real one. Mail we send still reaches you. Mention it when you contact support so we can find your account.
